Privacy Policy

Turbo Set ("the app") is a daily NFL coaching-decision game. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights.

What we collect

• Anonymous analytics. When you complete a daily puzzle, we record an anonymous event containing your score, tier, puzzle number, and how many plays timed out. This event is sent to PostHog (posthog.com), a product analytics platform. PostHog assigns a random device identifier stored locally on your device; it is not linked to your name, email, or any account.
• Game state. Your puzzle history, streaks, and stats are stored locally on your device and synced to your personal iCloud account via iCloud Key-Value Store. We never see or access this data — it stays in your iCloud.

What we do NOT collect

• Your name, email, or any contact information
• Your location
• Your device's advertising identifier (IDFA)
• Any financial or payment information
• Individual slider positions or per-play answers

How data is used

Anonymous analytics are used solely to understand aggregate usage patterns (e.g., daily active users, average scores) so we can improve the app. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Your rights

Because we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is no personal profile to access, correct, or delete. You can reset your local game data at any time by deleting the app. To opt out of anonymous analytics entirely, contact us and we will provide instructions to disable the PostHog SDK locally.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
